Meet the Team
Built in 2019 as part of the new housing development, Cofton Village Hall is run by Sam Chatterley of Chatterley LTD on behalf of the trustees.
The trustees meet 6 times per year to manage the charity's administration and make decisions on its behalf. They are responsible for ensuring the charity's work aligns with its goals and benefits the public.

John Slack
John has been with the working on the Cofton Village Hall team from its conception, he has helped to shape the operation and ways of working through his leadership of the Finance and Operations Committee.
John's key focus is on the accounts management and delivering a target of net zero for the site through renewable energy.

Mike Pattison
Mike is a well known member of the community, due to his commitment to local projects. He currently leads a biodiversity team who are rewilding a previously landlocked area within Cofton Hackett.
Mike currently holds the position of Secretary for the Cofton Village Hall trust and is an active member of the Finance and Operations Committee.

Keith Duncan
Keith is well known to the member of the community, having previously serving on the Parish Council and Bromsgrove Planning Committee.
Keith has been involved with Cofton Village Hall since its conception and was involved in the burial of a time capsule on the former Austin Aero site.

Roger Westbury
Roger has been was the Chairman on the Parish Council at the time of the planning permission being granted, so was involved in the shaping and funding of the Village Hall. He led the delivery of Cofton Hackett Neighbourhood Plan which Bromsgrove Council adopted to help shape the future development of the area.
Roger continues to be a valuable member of the trustees.

Kath Stanczyszyn
Kath has been with the trustees since conception and has been a great source of knowledge, sharing advice on marketing and promotion of the venue through her vast media experience. She's a senior presenter on BBC Radio WM and the lead singer in her band 'The Same Page'.
Despite her busy life, Kath remains as a key member of the Trust.

Craig Naughton
Craig has been a trustee since the opening of Cofton Village Hall and as a local member of the community with young children who use the facilities is keen to ensure that we ensure the Village Hall is used by all ages of the community.
Craig's main focus as a trustee is governance, ensuring that we have all the correct policies and certifications in place.
