Facilities at Cofton Village Hall

The Cofton Village Hall complex consists of 3 separate rooms which can be booked separately or as part of a package for larger events. Dimensions of the three halls are:

Main Hall – suitable for larger events, classes, parties etc 16 x 10 metres

Community Hall – suitable for smaller events 8 x 6 metres

Meeting Room – suitable for small meetings of just a few people 5 x 5 metres.

A discount of £2.50 per hour will be applied to all Cofton Hackett residents with the correct post code.

Rooms are available for hire between 8am – 10pm for general activities, but parties are restricted to an 8pm finish. Hire periods must include set-up and clean-up times.

To book one of our rooms please use the calendars below to check availability, select your date then follow the instructions to create a occasional bookings will be confirmed immediately once a 30% deposit has been made (100% if event is within 4 weeks).

Please note that a security deposit will be required for all single events, this must be paid at the same time of the final payment (no later than 4 weeks prior to the event).

Bookings for regular hirers will require approval, and will be invoiced monthly

60 x chairs, 12 x (1.8m) trestle tables, 8 x kids tables and 29 x kids chairs available in the room.
