Selecting a booking group helps the system find appropriate time slots for this booking and estimate the price. Don't worry if you select the wrong group - your booking request will be reviewed and corrected by a member of staff if necessary.

Cofton Hackett Parish residents only
Regular - Cofton Hackett Resident
Has weekly bookings and pays monthly in advance, with a Cofton Hackett Resident discount.
Occasional hire
Online payment required.
Please note that you need to pay 30% of your hire fee upfront as part of the online booking process. If your event is less than four weeks away, you will need to pay the full amount upfront.
Refundable security deposits
A refundable deposit of £200 is required for customers wishing to book the Main Hall for a one off event (e.g. party) after 6pm. The deposit is £100 for day-time events (before 6pm) and events in the Community Hall. The deposit for exclusive hire is £300.
