When you book online, you will need to pay:

A deposit of 30% of the hire fee upfront, which is non-refundable.
The full amount upfront if your event is less than four weeks away.

Refundable security deposits

If you are booking a one off event such as a party, we ask for a refundable security deposit. The amount depends on the room and the time of day:

Main Hall after 6pm: £200
Main Hall day-time (before 6pm): £100
Community Hall: £100
More than one room, day-time: £200
More than one room, after 6pm: £300
