Facilities at Cofton Village Hall
Cofton Village Hall has three separate rooms. You can book them one at a time, or together as a package for larger events.
Our rooms
- Main Hall, 16 x 10 metres. Suitable for larger events, classes, parties and similar.
- Community Room, 8 x 6 metres. Suitable for smaller events.
- Meeting Room, 5 x 5 metres. Suitable for small meetings of just a few people.
Please note: the facility capacities shown are approximate and depend on the activity involved, so please make sure the room you hire is suitable for your needs.
Fees
See the fees tab for our rates, which vary depending on the time of day and the day of the week.
A discount of £2.50 per hour applies to all Cofton Hackett residents with the correct post code.
When you can hire the rooms
- General activities: 8am to 10pm.
- Parties: must finish by 8pm.
- Your hire period must include set-up and clean-up time.
How to book
Use the calendars below to check availability, select your date, then follow the instructions to create your booking.
- Occasional bookings are confirmed straight away once a non-refundable 30% deposit has been paid. This is 100% if your event is within 4 weeks.
- Single events also need a security deposit. This must be paid at the same time as the final payment, and no later than 4 weeks before the event.
- Regular hirers need their booking approved, and are invoiced monthly.
